At Aromantherapy Body & Candle Co., customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the personal care nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we maintain a strict no-return, no-refund policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

Once an order has been placed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. This ensures that all customers receive products that have never been used, opened, or handled after leaving our facility.
We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right.

3. Non-Returnable Products

All soaps, candles, body care items, and other personal products are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.

4. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by the shipping carrier. For such issues, please contact the carrier directly.
