Maybe you picked the wrong scent in a moment of fragrance-induced euphoria, or Auntie Brenda swore she was a size small (when, bless her, she's a medium—no shade, Auntie Brenda!).

Whatever the reason, we’ve got your back. Here’s how we make returning a breeze while keeping our small business protected and thriving.

Return Period

Timeframe: You have 14 glorious days from the date of purchase to return your items. (That’s two weeks of decision-making power—more time than most people take to choose a Netflix movie!)

Missed the 14-day window? No worries. You can still gift it to Auntie Brenda, who will absolutely love it. We promise.

Condition of Items (a.k.a. "We Can't Resell Worn Socks, Karen")

To keep things fair and fabulous for all our customers, returned items must meet these golden rules:

Unworn, Unused, Unbroken: If you rocked that outfit to brunch and slayed, we're proud of you—but we can't take it back.

Original Packaging: Keep the box, bag, or fancy wrapping intact. If the item arrived like royalty, it must return like royalty.

Tags Attached: No tag, no take-back. Sorry, folks! If you cut it off, it’s officially yours.

Non-Refundable Items (a.k.a. "Some Things Are Just Too Special to Return")

For hygiene and customization reasons, these items are FINAL SALE:

Fragrances & Body Butters – We guarantee they’ll make you smell heavenly, but once opened, it’s a no-go for returns.

Custom Jewelry – Because nobody wants to wear something engraved with someone else’s name. Awkward!

Gift Cards – Think of these as golden tickets for someone special. They’re non-refundable but oh-so-coveted.

How to Make a Return (a.k.a. "We’re Not the DMV—This Is Easy!")

Contact Us: Give us a shout by email at [email protected] or call us at 678-735-4833. Be prepared to share your receipt or proof of purchase.

Approval Process: Once approved, you’ll receive instructions to send the item back or drop it off at our store. No approval = no return. Simple as that.

Refund Timing: Expect to see your money back on your card or payment method within 5-7 business days. If it’s taking longer, check with your bank (sometimes they’re slower than dial-up internet).

Examples of What We Accept and Don’t

Acceptable Return: You ordered a size large shirt but received a medium instead. Oops! That’s on us. Send it back in its original packaging with tags, and we’ll fix it pronto.

Unacceptable Return: You wore a purse to Vegas, spilled margaritas on it, and now want to return it. Nice try, but that purse is officially yours (and so are the stories!).
