2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or making a purchase, you’re entering a legally binding agreement with us. It’s like a pinky promise, but with more legal implications. If you’re under 18, you’ll need your guardian’s approval to shop with us. (Let’s be honest, they’ll probably want some body butter too.)

3. User Obligations

We’re thrilled to serve you, but here’s the deal:

You promise not to use our site for any shady activities. No hacking, spamming, or trying to recreate our signature scents. We’ve got our noses on you.

Provide accurate personal information during checkout—don’t make us ship your favorite body butter to an empty lot. That’s just cruel.

4. Products and Orders

We’re proud of our products, but life happens, and mistakes occasionally occur:

Descriptions: While we strive for 100% accuracy, the colors of our products may appear slightly different depending on your screen. Trust us—our body butter looks even better in person.

Taxes: Your state might require sales tax, and unfortunately, we can’t sprinkle body butter on tax laws to make them disappear.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Timeframe: We ship fast, but we’re not Amazon Prime. Typical delivery is 5-7 business days unless otherwise stated.

Delays: If your package takes a detour to Hawaii before arriving, it’s not our fault (though we’re envious of its vacation).

Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout. Don’t worry, we keep it reasonable—no $50 shipping fees for a lip balm here.

7. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love our products, but if something doesn’t work out, here’s the deal:

Return Window: You’ve got 14 days from delivery to return items. This isn’t Netflix—please don’t binge-wear our fragrances and then send them back.

Condition: Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with tags intact. Think of it this way: If you wouldn’t want to receive it as-is, don’t return it that way.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made products, gift cards, and clearance items are final sale. You break it; you bought it.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Give us 7-10 business days to work our magic.

8. Gift Card Policy

Exclusivity: Our gift cards are only redeemable at A & D Fragrances—don’t try to use them at Starbucks.

Payment Methods: Gift cards cannot be purchased using Klarna or Afterpay.

Limitations: We reserve the right to void gift cards if the business closes (not that we’re planning to—we’ve got big dreams).

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All the content on our website—text, images, product descriptions, and even our jokes—is the intellectual property of A & D Fragrances. Please don’t steal it. If you love us enough to copy us, just ask first. We’re flattered, but we’re also copyright sticklers.
